Full First Aid At Work courses

Four days of first aid training (24 hours) arranged either as 4 consecutive days, or one day a week for four weeks with an examination on the last day. Successful candidates will be presented with a certificate valid for 3 years. Important for all industry sectors and is a legal requirement. Refresher First Aid At Work

Two days of first aid training (12 hours) arranged either as two consecutive days, or one day a week for two weeks with an examination on the last day. Successful candidates will be presented with a certificate valid for 3 years. Important for all industry sectors and is a legal requirement. Either at our training centre or on your site (on-site attracts a discount - contact us for further details).

Appointed persons (Emergency Aid)


6 hours first aid training either at our training centre or on your site. This ensures that is case of an incident at work, someone is trained how to deal with the situation ensuring prompt action and that legal issues are attended to. This is a legal requirement.
There is no exam, but a certificate of attendance will be presented.

Health awareness

Educating on health issues in the organisation, for health and well-being of employees and increased safety and understanding. As and when necessary.

Manual Handling

Training on safe handling and moving of objects at work. This helps prevent injury to employees. As and when necessary.

Stress management

A one-day course in stress issues for all industries, aiding understanding and prevention of stress at work. As and when necessary.

VDU training

For anyone using a VDU, training in sitting correctly and arrangement of desk to help prevent injury. As and when necessary.

Risk Assessment Training

Training to ensure that staff are competent to enable their company to meet the legal duties for the carrying out and recording of risk assessments.
