Records may be stored on the employers site but access is restricted to the occupational health advisor working on site.
Employees have the right to access their medical records and COH Ltd comply with the The Data Protection Act (1998) to enable them to access their OH records.
Electronic records are also managed as per the law on medical records and remain confidential.
